DELIVERY

Australia:
Standard shipping - shipping is FREE on orders over $100! For orders under $100 shipping is $5

International:
Standard shipping - $30. For any purchase over $300 overseas delivery is free. 
Your purchase will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Free pick up in store, please allow two working days.


RETURNS
It's very important for us that you're happy with Yoshi Jones purchase online. We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you're not happy with. Please contact us first by email yoshi@yoshijones.com before returning products. From receipt of your order you have 14 days for Australia and New Zealand orders, or 31 days for all other countries, to return items with proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer, including the charges for re-delivering the product that you would like to exchange your purchase with.  We recommend that you return the product by Registered Post. We will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.


RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS
Please contact us first by email yoshi@yoshijones.com before returning products. From receipt of your order you have 7 days for Australia and New Zealand orders, or 14 days for all other countries, to return items with proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your preferred size or colours are available, we will exchange but if unavailable, only store credit will be given. Your store credit will be sent to your email address you used for our purchase.
